Where Brâncuși distilled form to its essence, Comăneci resolved movement until the seam between effort and ease disappeared.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe three works explore weightlessness as a state of suspension between gravity and flight, capturing a moment in which movement seems to exist beyond the limits of the physical body. Their fluid, organic forms evoke the sensation of floating, of being momentarily released from the pull of gravity while remaining suspended in space. The reflective gold surfaces amplify this sense of lightness, shifting with the light and creating an interplay between solidity and immateriality. Through a balance of opposing forces, each piece suggests a delicate equilibrium between falling and rising, stillness and motion. Together, they explore the possibility of a body liberated from weight, existing in the fleeting space between the grounded and the infinite.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-source-line=\"7-7\"\u003eIt is hand modelled in porcelain and veiled in a transparent glaze, then fired at 1250 °C, the temperature at which body and glaze fuse into a single vitrified whole. A second firing at 800 °C binds the colloidal gold to its surface, laying a thin, luminous line where light gathers.
